Youth led Hygiene Promotion at Surkhet
As youths are the leaders of today, 30 young leaders from 5 different VDCs of Surkhet districts are trained on hygiene promotion entitled, ““Rapid Response and Hygiene Promotion” on July 6, 2011 at Jhahare, Surkhet.

As youths are the leaders of today, 30 young leaders from 5 different VDCs of Surkhet districts are trained on hygiene promotion entitled, ““Rapid Response and Hygiene Promotion” on July 6, 2011 at Jhahare, Surkhet. Ramghat, Sahare, Kalyan, Kaprechour and Melkuna VDCs were the respective VDCs in which 6 participants from each VDC were participated. During the training sessions, presentations and idea sharing on importance, issues, prospects, etc of hygiene promotion during emergencies and related risk practices, Hygiene Promotion, Hygiene related Behavior Change Communication in Emergencies, etc. were done, where Mr. Phurba and Ms. Kamala from “paschim paaila” were orienting the participants.
